L’AMagie a été créée en 2024 par Anouk Journo et Michel Foucher. Elle propose des ateliers et séances individuelles d’écriture, de médiation animale, et porte les éditions L’AMagie.
We lead writing workshops, animal-assisted therapy sessions, and publish books (fiction, poetry…) through L'AMagie Éditions.
Notre ambition est simple : offrir une alternative solidaire et accessible à celles et ceux qui souhaitent publier leurs œuvres. Ni contraintes de l’édition traditionnelle, ni détour par l’édition à compte d’auteur — nous privilégions une relation bienveillante, humaine et respectueuse de la création.
Neither bound by the constraints of traditional publishing nor based on a pay-to-publish model, we favour a caring, personal approach that respects both authors and their creative work.

Anouk travaille dans l'édition depuis une trentaine d'années — autrice de documentaires animaliers, de fictions, de poésie, traductrice d'anglais, formatrice.
Anouk has been working in publishing for nearly thirty years — author of wildlife documentaries, fiction, poetry, English translator, and educator.
Elle a publié de très nombreux textes chez Bayard, Fleurus, Gallimard jeunesse, Rustica… Certains de ses titres seront peu à peu réédités dans une version enrichie par L'AMagie.
She has published numerous titles with Bayard, Fleurus, Gallimard Jeunesse, Rustica, and others. Many of her works will gradually be re-published in enriched editions by L'AMagie.
Passionnée par les animaux, elle s'est récemment formée à la médiation animale.
Passionate about animals, she recently trained as an animal mediation facilitator.

Michel a été infirmier en psychiatrie et pédo-psychiatrie, ainsi que pompier, dans une autre vie. L’art-thérapie était, au quotidien, l’une de ses ressources.
Michel was once a nurse in psychiatry and child psychiatry, and also served as a firefighter. Art therapy was, in his daily practice, one of his most valuable resources.
Aujourd’hui, il se consacre à plein temps à la peinture pointilliste et à de nombreux projets graphiques et créatifs. Il coordonne les étapes du processus éditorial et illustre bon nombre des ouvrages publiés par L’AMagie.
Today, he devotes himself full-time to pointillist painting and numerous graphic and creative projects. He oversees the editorial process for L'AMagie publications and illustrates many of the works we publish.
